IS Yacht Operations (ISY) offers administrative, financial, and operational support to superyachts. Founded by an experienced Yacht Purser with an audit background at a leading international professional services firm, ISY brings financial discipline combined with practical onboard understanding.
Services are tailored and include accounts, administration, crew logistics, compliance, budgeting, templates, charter support and shipyard financial oversight, all tailored to the specific requirements of each vessel.
ISY alleviates the operational burden of Purser-related responsibilities, enabling Captains and Heads of Departments to focus on core vessel operations within this fast-paced and demanding industry.

Administration

Administration & Templates: Administration and folder management, including emails, crew lists and maintaining digital records. Choice to use current template or they can be provided, integrated with your systems.

Clearances, Customs & Immigration - Handling all port clearances as required, with a strong understanding of country-specific requirements and efficient management of all necessary documentation.

Yacht Certification - Yacht certificate documentation and renewals. Compliance checks with management for MLC, ISM, ISPS, and flag-state requirements.

Insurance - Support with insurance and renewals of yacht and medical insurance.
Accounts & Financials

Accounts: Purchase orders, invoicing, credit card, petty cash and expense reconciliations, with your chosen software.

Budgeting & Reporting - Tailored budgeting and reporting, with relevant cost categorisation and proactive monitoring to identify and manage overspend.

Shipyard Financial Planning - Comprehensive planning, budgeting, management, and oversight of all shipyard finances.
Crew

Crew Documentation - Crew management, including SEAs, onboarding, certification filing and expiry tracking, disciplinary matters, and letters and documentation.

Crew Travel & Leave - Travel, including flights, hotels, letters, and visas, as well as use of leave software for accurate management and tracking of all crew leave schedules and rotations.

Payroll - Integration of leave software with payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing, as well as reimbursements and gratuities as required.
